Someone has been watching porn and doing other bad stuff on MY computer while I'm at work I need to track...?
My kids have been watching porn and doing other bad stuff on MY computer while I'm at work I need to track the deleted history to see where they've been, what they've seen (which videos at this porn site, and prove who did what. Anyway, I'm in the history and it's been cleared except for 3 files, 3 search queries today at 1:24 for you, youpo, and finally flat out youporn (obviously seeing how many letters they needed for yahoo to recommend the site in the search box). Someone's going to have a very long grounding and lecture and I'd like to know what they've seen. How do I set up parental control software on my pc but most importantly, how do I see where they went today online and what videos they watched. Autofill was turned off so it's not helping. And PLEASE, no lectures on my children, I know them and suggesting that I just simply ask them what sites they went to and what they saw is out of the question. I just need to know how to retrieve the history and/or find out EXACTLY what all was visited and viewed on my computer today. I search on google and find this remote spy software is popular online now. But I don't know how to do.

Please, no morals about me or my kids, just facts and how-to's.

I don't know the exact solution but you need to block sites. There are few browser settings required which does not allow other sites to load. In that case Whatever you will permit (unblock sites) will be seen by your kids.

you can block the "bad" websites for them. for example, you can use OpenDNS.  it’s free. Besides you can use professional web filter such as keylogger to block unwanted websites and programs on your computer. Good luck!

You could always edit your "hosts" file to redirect the sites in question to another page or site
I have blocked a few sites, such as 4chan, on my home network.

If you're using Windows7 you can find the host file in this location:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

You will need to drag the file to your desktop, edit it then drag back to the correct folder as it's not editable by default so as to help prevent mistakes.
It's not a fool proof method, but will stump most non-techies

You can install VNC software on your computer and then you can watch all the activities of your computer from some other computer.
