National Assistant Coach responsibilities include:
- Assist with Franchisee Accountability Coaching
- Provide Franchisee Customer Support – ‘Help Desk’
- Streamline Franchisee Reporting & Communications
- Develop Ongoing Training Programs
National Assistant Coach should have:
- Track record of successfully reaching business goals and helping others do the same
- Management and leadership experience
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Marketing and financial statement knowledge
- Microsoft Office Expert - primarily Word and Excel & Web Superstar
- 'Figure it Out' and problem solving mentality
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
***Franchise experience is preferred
