I am working on setting up a system to rank the franchisees in my organization and establish an incentive program for them.  I would like to obtain information on how other franchisors have created a similar system.  Among the goals we have for this system are to plan and better organize the support we provide to the franchisees and to motivate a higher level of performance in our franchise community.
