Any input on the energy auditing franchises that seem to be popping up in the last few years? Ex. energy doctors, pro energy consultants.

I would consider looking in to the business yourself. Energy auditing as a whole is an older business model, but has gained massive exposure over the past two years. Because of this everyone, including the franchises, are all very new to the game. Constant change in the political atmosphere is constantly changing the business model.
