Hi, I am in the early stages of looking into importing a franchise from Argentina to Australia.
However, they are very weary about releasing information to me at such an early stage.

To me this seems unprofessional and I feel that perhaps they are not quite ready to expand into larger markets.

My questions:
- What code would a franchisor in Argentina and a Franchisee in Australia be bound to?
- Are there any international codes/regulations which stipulate that a company has to disclose certain information to prospective franchisees.

If there are any spanish speakers who can also advise me of any specific terms in spanish for which I am referring to that would be excellent.
